3 civilians killed by continuous Russian terror attacks in Dnipro, Ukraine

Three people were killed and at least 12 others wounded on Monday morning when Russian forces struck the city center of Dnipro with a drone, according to the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.

The attack hit an office (business center) building in the heart of the city during the working day. A fire broke out, and emergency services launched search-and-rescue operations. Rescuers evacuated 47 people from the burning structure, using aerial ladders to bring people down from the upper floors. All emergency services were on the scene.

Regional head Oleksandr Ganzha confirmed the casualties and stated that medical teams were providing necessary assistance to the injured. The administration described the strike as occurring amid civilian activity in a busy area surrounded by residential buildings, a park, a library, offices, and shops.

The post from the official channel carried the hashtag #russiaisaterroriststate. Earlier updates from the same morning had reported the strike on the city center, the resulting fire, and initial reports of casualties as information was still being clarified.

A separate Russian attack the same morning targeted a logistics company branch in nearby Synelnykove, causing a major fire, killing one person, and wounding others (including a 15-year-old boy in serious condition), with a search-and-rescue operation underway there as well.
