8 civilians killed as Russian morning and night attacks hit Ukraine

Russia launched overnight and early-morning attacks across multiple regions of Ukraine, killing at least eight people and injuring others, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

In a statement posted on X early Thursday, the ministry reported that the Minister of Internal Affairs detailed the consequences of the strikes.

In Kharkiv region, six workers at an agricultural enterprise were killed and 12 others were wounded.

In Kyiv, more than 50 civilian objects were damaged. Two people died and eight were injured.

Attacks were also recorded in Zhytomyr, Mykolaiv, and Odesa regions.

The ministry shared photos showing the aftermath of the strikes. No further details on the types of weapons used or the full extent of damage were immediately provided in the statement.
