3 people killed by falling drone debris overnight in Krasnodar region, Russia

Falling debris from Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles killed three people and injured two others in the Seversky District of Russia’s Krasnodar Territory, according to updated information from the regional operational headquarters.

The attack occurred overnight into September 26. Krasnodar Territory Governor Veniamin Kondratyev earlier reported that the district had come under a UAV strike, with fatalities and one person hospitalized in serious condition. Debris damaged a residential building and sparked fires at two local enterprises. Emergency services responded to the scenes.

The operational headquarters later confirmed the refined toll: three dead and two injured. The fires at the industrial sites have been extinguished. Power lines on the railway network were also damaged, briefly disrupting train traffic, which has since been restored. Approximately 26,000 residents remain without electricity as repair crews work to restore power.

Kondratyev expressed condolences to the families of the deceased, describing the loss as irreparable, and instructed the head of the Seversky District to provide support to the injured person and the victims’ relatives.
